Here is my redrafted VMV proposition.

Here is my redrafted VMV proposition. Following your advice Heike Philp I have tried to make it less generic...hopefully I am getting closer to the mark. I am working on the business proposal now and see that the VMV proposition is an important part of it so I neet to get it right :-) Editing permissions have been given! Please feel free... Any feed feedback gratefully accepted as always.
